John 3:3

ἀπεκρίθη Ἰησοῦς καὶ εἶπεν αὐτῷ· ἀμὴν ἀμὴν λέγω σοι, ἐὰν μή τις γεννηθῇ ἄνωθεν, οὐ δύναται ἰδεῖν τὴν βασιλείαν τοῦ θεοῦ.

Rough Word-by-word:
he answered Jesus and he said to him, "Truly truly I say to you, if not one he may be born from above, not he is able to see the Kingdom the of God."

Smooth Translation:
Jesus answered and said to him, "Truly, truly I say to you, if one may not be born from above, he is not able to see the Kingdom of God"
