John 2:10

καὶ λέγει αὐτῷ· πᾶς ἄνθρωπος πρῶτον τὸν καλὸν οἶνον τίθησιν, καὶ ὅταν μεθυσθῶσιν τὸν ἐλάσσω· σὺ τετήρηκας τὸν καλὸν οἶνον ἕως ἄρτι.

Rough Word-by-word:
And he says to him, "Every man first the good wine puts, and when they might drink freely the inferior; you you have kept the good wine until now."

Smooth Translation:
And he said to him, "Every man puts the good wine first, and when they may drink freely the inferior; you yourself have kept the good wine until now."
