John 5:9

καὶ ἐγένετο ὑγιὴς ὁ ἄνθρωπος, καὶ ἦρεν τὸν κράβαττον αὐτοῦ καὶ περιεπάτει· ἦν δὲ σάββατον ἐν ἐκείνῃ τῇ ἡμέρᾳ.

Rough Word-by-word:
and he became healthy the man, and took up the bed of him and he was walking about, was but sabbath in that the day.

Smooth Translation:
and the man became healthy and took up his bed and was walking, but the sabbath was in that day.

καὶ conjunction "and"
