John 5:15

ἀπῆλθεν ὁ ἄνθρωπος καὶ εἶπεν τοῖς Ἰουδαίοις ὅτι Ἰησοῦς ἐστιν ὁ ποιήσας αὐτὸν ὑγιῆ.

Rough Word-by-word:
He went away the man and he said to the Jews that Jesus is the one who made him well.

Smooth Translation:
The man went away and said to the Jews that Jesus is the one who made him well.

Notes:
The change of tense seems awkward in the English translation but I decided to leave it because it hints at the truth that Jesus "is," continually, the one who makes men well.

ἀπῆλθεν verb aorist active indicative 3rd singular from ἀπέρχομαι (I go away) "he went away"
