John 6:63

τὸ πνεῦμά ἐστιν τὸ ζῳοποιοῦν, ἡ σὰρξ οὐκ ὠφελεῖ οὐδέν· τὰ ῥήματα ἃ ἐγὼ λελάληκα ὑμῖν πνεῦμά ἐστιν καὶ ζωή ἐστιν.

Rough Word-by-word:
The spirit is the one making alive, the flesh not she benefits no one. The words which I I have spoken to you all spirit it is and life it is.

Smooth Translation:
The Spirit is the one making alive, the flesh benefits no one. The words which I myself have spoken to you are spirit and life.
