John 7:11

οἱ οὖν Ἰουδαῖοι ἐζήτουν αὐτὸν ἐν τῇ ἑορτῇ καὶ ἔλεγον Ποῦ ἐστὶν ἐκεῖνος;

Rough Word-by-word:
the therefore Jews they were seeking him in the feast and they were saying "Where is he he?"

Smooth Translation:
Therefore the Jews were seeking him at the feast and saying, "Where is he?"

Notes:
I love the emphasis on "he." Everybody knew who they were looking for and I think John lets us know that here with the emphatic pronoun.

οἱ definite article nominative plural masculine "the"

οὖν post positive conjunction "therefore"

Ἰουδαῖοι adjective nominative plural masculine "Jews"

ἐζήτουν verb imperfect active indicative 3rd plural from ζητέω (I seek) "they were seeking"
