John 7:24

μὴ κρίνετε κατ’ ὄψιν, ἀλλὰ τὴν δικαίαν κρίσιν κρίνετε.

Rough Word-by-word: 
[Do] not you all judge according to the faculty of seeing, but the right judgment [do] you all judge.

Smooth Translation: 
Do not judge by appearances, but judge with right judgment.
