John 3:23

ἦν δὲ καὶ Ἰωάννης βαπτίζων ἐν Αἰνὼν ἐγγὺς τοῦ Σαλείμ, ὅτι ὕδατα πολλὰ ἦν ἐκεῖ, καὶ παρεγίνοντο καὶ ἐβαπτίζοντο·

Rough Word-by-word:
he was and also John was baptizing in Aenon near the of Salem, because waters many [was] were there, and they were coming and they were being baptized.

John was baptizing also in Aenon near Salem, because many waters were there, and they were coming and being baptized.
