John 4:2

καίτοιγε Ἰησοῦς αὐτὸς οὐκ ἐβάπτιζεν ἀλλ' οἱ μαθηταὶ αὐτοῦ,

Rough Word-by-word:
and yet Jesus himself not he was baptizing but the disciples of him,

Smooth Translation:
And yet Jesus, himself, was not baptizing, but the disciples of him,

καίτοιγε conjunction "and yet/although"

Ἰησοῦς proper noun nominative singular masculine "Jesus"
