John 7:42

οὐχ ἡ γραφὴ εἶπεν ὅτι ἐκ τοῦ σπέρματος Δαυείδ, καὶ ἀπὸ Βηθλεὲμ τῆς κώμης ὅπου ἦν Δαυείδ, ἔρχεται ὁ χριστός;

Rough Word-by-word:
Did not the scripture it said that from the seed of David, and out of Bethlehem the town where was David, comes the Christ?

Smooth Translation:
Did not the scripture say that from the seed of David, and out of Bethlehem, the town where David was, the Christ comes?
